Minimum 10 valid referrals (Civil Engineer candidates). Each referral must include: Name, Mobile, Email, and other details. Rewards apply per valid reference and per successful admission conversion. Two reward categories apply based on conversion numbers. Reward separately for the references and for the admissions provided.

• A referral is considered valid only when details are complete and the candidate meets admission requirements.
